This villa is a brand new remarkable and ambitious architectural project built in grey natural stone with spectacular safe-glass terraces. The scenic Boquer mountains provide a breathtaking backdrop to this amazing property which is just a short 10-minute stroll from the cosmopolitan centre of Port Pollensa with its superb waterfront restaurants and sophisticated pavement cafes. In addition a 3-minute walk will take you to the best stretch of Puerto Pollensa`s famous Pine-walk with it`s safe waters and sandy beach.

This spacious villa (unique in the villa rental market) embodies powerful structural design with an earthy, natural interior, inspired by the Far East and the Tropics with Oriental influences. Altogether an extraordinary and exceptional holiday villa in an enviable position, perfect for nature lovers and birdwatchers being so close to the renowned Boquer Valley migrating path. The villa is on a wide residential avenue in the prestigious Boquer area just 100m from our Villa Bonavista and offers unique, uninterrupted views of Puerto Pollensa, and just a short walk to the port centre and beach.It has a twin villa next door in the same unique, distinct style which makes an impressive image on the port landscape in its elevated position with commanding views over the bay. A long drive with an electric gate leads to the main entrance. There is also a very large underground parking area, large enough for 4 cars, with direct access into the villa via steps leading into the lower hall.

Steps at the main front door lead into an impressive, lofty entrance hall which forms the centre of the villa and has a vast, glass-panelled section in the roof which fills the house with natural light- a real design feature. On the ground level is a pretty interior patio with a tall, exotic, coconut palm in the centre which grows up into the lounge level. There is light wood parquet flooring throughout with finest quality furniture in a classic but innovative design. No expense has been spared in furnishing this house, reminiscent of a Santa Monica beach front house, with Phillip Starke terrace furniture, and other equally inspiring pieces scattered throughout the house.

The bedrooms are on a lower floor, (down several wide stairs) the same level as the pool, with the living area upstairs. The lounge dining area occupies the huge central area of the villa. It has wide sofas and a plasma TV positioned around an original coffee table which is an incredibly large trunk of natural-form teak wood. It has spotlights set into the sloping roof, white walls and bright modern artwork. The large dining table and chairs is of natural untreated wood, almost like driftwood. Most of these pieces are hand crafted works of distinction, coming from diverse continents. The concept here is simple, understated luxury with the emphasis on space, light, comfort and relaxation to maximise the incredible view. The resulting style is similar to a 5-star deluxe tropical paradise. Full-size glass sliding doors open out onto a stunning full-length covered terrace that has wood floors and wood-panelling on the ceiling with inlaid spotlights. There are sumptuous sofas with cream cushions and a large table and chairs for exterior dining. This really is a scene from a prestigious magazine spread! The far-reaching views over the bay here are incredible and the pool and gardens are just below.

The kitchen has white wall units and white Siltstone work surfaces with a vitro hob and split-level oven and fitted microwave. It is practical, clean and bright with a long, breakfast bar.The bedrooms are all on the lower floor with three of them all opening out onto the pool level to take advantage of the incredible views, all with their own luxurious en-suite bathrooms.. There are 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in total.

There are two twin/double bedrooms (beds are pushed together), each with an en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower unit. The other twin/double has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. These three bedrooms have sliding doors out onto an upper terrace which runs along the length of the villa and is shared by these three bedrooms with a view of the pool and gardens. The fourth bedroom is a smaller bedroom with a single bed and pull-out divan to make two twin beds. It also has an en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower unit. This bedroom does not have access to the front terrace. All bedrooms have fully-integrated air conditioning and heating.

There is also a separate WC bathroom on the top level next to the lounge for added convenience.

On this ground level there is also a separate utility room with a door out onto a small back patio area ideal for hanging clothes up to dry. There is also a side door on this level out to the pool and gardens.

Wooden steps lead down through the grass to the tiered landscaped lawns and pool terraces. Newly-planted cypress trees protect the view of the road and there are colourful shrubs and plants. There is a barbecue and table-tennis table is this area. The pool (10x5m) is a rectangular infinity style with full-width steps from where clients can enjoy the elevated views over the sparkling bay towards the "Forteleza" fortress and to the mountains of Bonaire.

This villa is the finest we have seen in Puerto Pollensa and is surely a must for those who cherish life`s luxuries.

  • Due to a new provincial law in the Balearic Islands, the Ecotax must be applied to all rentals starting from the 1st of July 2016. Therefore all bookings will have an extra ecotax charge of 2.20 euros per person per day applied to the total amount . This is a legal requirement as according to the new Balearic regional government and we are legally obliged to charge clients and pass the relevant amount on to the tax office in accordance with the law.
  • All cots and high chairs are charged at 50 euros per week per item, unless otherwise stated.
