The main lounge area is just fabulous. Walls constructed from local stone, wooden roof beams, cosy sofas to sink into, huge windows letting in the soft Mediterranean light, art on the walls - and the ‘piece de resistance’, the breathtaking views through the open French windows out onto the patio terrace, garden and mountains beyond. Wow!
There`s a flat screen satellite TV on the wall too, so you can keep up with all your favourite programmes while you`re away. You also benefit from WiFi throughout as well as a sexy SONOS sound system.
The dining area is contemporary in style featuring a large solid wood dining table seating up to eight. A great place to enjoy an evening meal with family and friends as the sun sets over the hills.
The fitted kitchen is enormous! It’s semi rustic in style and feel but with all the mod cons you need for your holiday – including a huge American fridge-freezer.
There is also a breakfast table, and from here you will have access to an outside patio seating eight people if you wish to take breakfast outside, just in front of its own natural pond.
Olivo de la Roca’s 4 en suite bedrooms sleep up to 8 people in the utmost comfort.
The spacious master suite is something else. From here you enjoy spectacular views overlooking the Tramuntana Mountains; even better when viewed from your own private terrace.
The en suite bathroom has a large bathtub (perfect place to relax after a long, hot day) and there is a walk-in shower to refresh you.
There are two more bedrooms on this floor; a twin bedroom with a built in desk, a large closet and en suite bathroom, and a second double bedroom once again with an en suite and it`s own private balcony with table and chairs with views to the Puig.
And downstairs you’ll find the fourth bedroom with twin beds, en suite bathroom and private terrace.
The exterior of Olivo de la Roca is just as impressive. Stroll out from the living room onto the covered terrace and decide whether you wish to eat outside tonight.
Walk through the lush gardens and check out the private swimming pool. It’s large and rectangular with a stepped entrance, and you’ll find lots of luxury loungers and parasols plus a large, shaded day bed.
The views here are just sensational - what a great place to start the day with a refreshing morning swim.
