Fully air-conditioned throughout (please note that Air conditioning is on a timer and only available from 7pm until 7am), the villa is nestled in the Tramuntana foothills, in a quiet and secluded spot, with superb views to the mountains themselves, yet is perfectly located just 700 metres off the main road between old town of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, allowing easy access to both, with the beaches and restaurants of Cala San Vicente also just 2 kilometres away.
Casa Oliver has a large pool, table tennis area and great WiFi throughout, along with a full TV system featuring English channels, Netflix, DVD and chrome cast wireless access.
The new kitchen has a premium Neff hob, microwave, oven and dishwasher, along with two fridges, and is fitted out to the highest specification with a beautiful Mallorquin stone work-top.
All the bathrooms are new, featuring Hansgrohe/Duravit units throughout. Upstairs features a useful office/desk area if emails beckon, and downstairs there is a fully kitted utility room, with a washing machine, along with a further downstairs fridge for poolside drinks/ice-cream storage!
The terrace balcony seats 10 for dinner, with a separate comfortable seating area for evening drinks/board games or general relaxation, all covered with a traditional Mallorquin pergola, providing shade and coolness on even the hottest days and nights.
As well as the poolside area, there are two further outside patios and a garden deck, with a full complement of sun loungers, along with tables and chairs for relaxing and enjoying the superb Mallorquin weather.
Pollensa, and the beauty and charm of the north of Mallorca, is an easy 45 minute drive from Palma airport.
